About the American Lemon Law Center

American Lemon Law Center™ (ALLC) is a national consumer website dedicated to providing people with the facts, and their rights, pertaining to defective cars, trucks, RV’s, boats etc. under State and Federal Lemon Laws. Further ALLC is dedicated to protecting the consumer from inaccurate and/or misleading information provided by dealers, manufacturers, arbitrators and even inexperienced law firms or attorneys.

This site includes information to help you:

  • Get familiar with your rights under your State's lemon laws and the Federal lemon law (we have summarized them for you in a convenient 60 second review).

  • Determine if you have a case (with Free Case reviews by experienced attorneys concentrating their practices in Lemon Law) and if you qualify for a replacement vehicle, expense reimbursement or straight cash settlements, even if your vehicle was repaired or you have resolved your problem!

  • Evaluate if you should go it alone or seek legal counsel.

  • Educate yourself on the best replacement vehicles, and the worst ones, which you should avoid.

  • About My Car / About My Manufacturer - Contact information, recalls, warranties, breaking news and even the Complaint Center where your voice can be heard.

  • Find out whether your used vehicle is covered under any lemon laws.

  • And much, much more

First select the State where you are located to get the information you need. Then, if you want to find out if you have a case, use our Lawyer Finder, to find an experienced Lemon Law attorney who can determine this for you in one quick call. ALLC requires all member attorneys to provide a FREE Case Review, with no obligation or pressure.
